Our Classes

Whether you’re stepping up to the pole for the first time or perfecting your flow, our classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Each session blends strength, confidence and fun with supportive instructors who’ll cheer you on​!

From beginner spins to advanced tricks, from mindful yoga to moments of calm with your baby, there’s something here for every body.

Beginners Pole is the perfect place to begin your journey. No experience needed, just curiosity and comfy gym clothes (shorts advised).

Beginners

Our beginners classes are designed for anyone who has never been on a pole before (don't worry, Popworld doesn't count!). You’ll learn the foundations safely and build strength, improve flexibility and most of all, have fun working out

No experience needed. Just bring comfy gym clothes (preferably shorts) and an open mind!

Improvers

Feeling stronger and ready for more?
Our improvers classes build on the basics you’ve already learned and start focusing on techniques for more advanced moves. You'll be learning more difficult spins, improving your climbs and lean backs and building strength for inversions

Suitable for students who are confident climbing and have a strong lean back

Intermediates

In these classes, you’ll explore inverts, combos and creative transitions that challenge both your body and your mind. We’ll focus on technique, strength conditioning and flow so you can start crafting your own style on the pole

Suitable for students who have a confident invert

Int/Adv

In our inter/advanced sessions, you’ll refine your technique, explore complex combos, power tricks and fluid transitions. Our instructors will help you push your limits safely, celebrate your progress, and keep it fun (even when it’s spicy!)

Suitable for students who can shoulder mount and aerial invert

Yoga

Our yoga sessions combine mindful movement, breath work and juicy stretches. Whether you’re working on flexibility goals or just need a moment to reset and chill, this class will leave you feeling grounded and reconnected to your body

Suitable for all levels. No experience or flexibility required

Mum & Baby Yoga

A calm, supportive space for mums to move, breathe, and bond. These classes focus on gentle postnatal recovery through yoga based movement, breath work and relaxation all while keeping baby close
There’s no pressure to have a 'perfect' practice - feeds, cuddles and naps are all part of the flow

Suitable from 6–8 weeks postpartum (once cleared by your GP) until your little one is crawling. Please bring a blanket for your baby.
